Customer support: anytime, anywhere

Customer support: anytime, anywhere

Our military aircraft help defend a number of countries around the world. Our Falcon jets enhance corporate efficiency. Both are crucial long-term challenges. Our proven operational support solutions are tailored to the specific requirements of each customer.

Preferred partner

We support 1,000 military aircraft and 2,150 Falcon business jets in 90 countries. We work closely with our customers, both civil and military, to ensure efficiency, responsiveness, cost-effectiveness and innovative solutions. We provide them with support, on an ongoing basis, today and far into the future, by maintaining the tools and expertise needed to service our planes over the decades of their operating lives.

Digital upgrades

The 3DExperience platform ensures digital continuity from design right through to manufacturing and support. Our support solutions are based on software modules common to both Falcon and military aircraft.

Our big data approach to support enables us to analyze data relating to the operational life of aircraft and fleets. These cross-functional analyses, based on predictive maintenance models, speed up problem resolution and allow for a more proactive approach to maintenance planning. The digital twin system, which compares the aircraft’s actual performance to that of its digital model, further increases our forecasting capabilities, thus improving aircraft availability.

Custom‑tailored military support

Our optimized support solutions for military aircraft guarantee fleet availability over the long term. In France, most of our aircraft are covered by vertically-integrated support contracts, with minimum terms of ten years. Under these agreements, we are responsible for providing equipment and systems to the French Air and Space Force; similar arrangements are in place for our export customers. Examples in France include the Ravel contract for the Rafale (signed in 2019), the Océan contract for the ATL2 (2020), the Balzac contract for the Mirage 2000 (2021) and the Alpha Care contract for the Alpha Jet (2023).

We provide top-quality training for pilots and maintenance technicians, most of which takes place at our Conversion Training Center (CTC) in Mérignac.

Our customers also call on us for assistance with specific training courses to develop and enhance the aeronautical skills of their personnel, in consultation with the relevant regulatory authorities.
