Supporting the Falcon Family

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are able to conduct their missions safely and with peace of mind.

We provide services that are tailored to each customer’s specific needs. We offer a range of FalconCare by-the-hour support programs (Essentials, Elite and Select), which are designed to meet the unique operational needs of each user.

Our FalconResponse support service is on standby around the clock and provides rapid response in the event of an AOG.

Dassault Aviation is in charge of providing support to the French government’s fleet of Falcon jets, under a contract designed to guarantee operational availability.

Global network

Our global business jet support network has expanded to include over 60 MRO centers.

Following on from the opening of a new center in Dubai in 2023, our network expanded further in 2024 with the opening of the Kuala Lumpur facility in Malaysia, and the transfer of our MRO center in Brazil to a new airport in São Paulo.

In 2025, we will be opening a further servicing center in Melbourne, Florida. This center will have the capacity to handle up to 18 Falcon jets simultaneously.
