WorldSkills France 2025
WorldSkills allows young people from around the world to put their skills to the test in some 60 different fields. The competition was held in Marseilles in October 2025, and attracted 800 participants and 40,000 visitors.
Our employees distinguished themselves in several fields of expertise, taking away gold and bronze medals in aircraft maintenance, silver in CAD mechanical engineering, and bronze in industrial product development.
Supporting reservists
In June 2025, Major General François‑Xavier Poisbeau, Secretary General of the French National Guard, and Valérie Guillemet, our Senior Vice President of Human Resources, signed an agreement entitling our army reservist employees to 20 days of reserve duty per year with full pay.
