We are committed to ensuring that our customers are able to conduct their missions easily and safely.
We provide services that are tailored to our customers’ specific needs. We offer a range of FalconCare by‑the‑hour support programs (Essentials, Elite and Select), which are designed to cater to each user’s unique operational requirements.
Our FalconResponse support service is on standby around the clock and provides rapid response in the event of an AOG.
Dassault Aviation is in charge of supporting the French government’s fleet of Falcon jets, under a contract designed to guarantee operational availability.
Global network
Our global business jet support network includes some 60 MRO centers.
In recent years, we have opened new facilities in Dubai, UAE (2023) and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2024). In 2024, we relocated our Brazilian facility to the new Catarina Airport in São Paulo.
In 2025, Dassault Falcon Jet also opened a state‑of‑the‑art maintenance facility at Melbourne Orlando International Airport in Florida.
